We ship live reptiles, birds, and amphibians to every state in the continental US via FedEx Priority Overnight or UPS Next Day Air. Orders are dispatched Monday through Wednesday to guarantee safe, next‑day delivery. Orders placed after 12 PM EST on Wednesday will ship the following Monday.

Pet Supply Link ships to collectors and breeders around the globe. Every international order includes full CITES documentation where required, and we work closely with customs agents to ensure smooth clearance. Delivery times vary by destination, but we use the fastest available air‑freight couriers.

Packaging That Protects

Every animal is individually bagged in a breathable reptile bag, then placed inside a thick‑walled insulated Styrofoam box with a 40‑hour heat or cold pack (seasonally adjusted). The box is sealed and clearly marked “Live Harmless Reptile” — our packaging has been tested in extreme temperatures and guarantees safe arrival when delivered on time.

Whether you need a specific date, a short delay, or a weekend hold, we’ll coordinate with you to find the perfect delivery window. Delivery Day

You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves our facility. Someone must be present to accept the animal — we cannot deliver to a doorstep. Open the box immediately and inspect your new pet; our live arrival guarantee requires you to contact us within 2 hours of delivery if there’s any issue.
